How does it work?

Progressive workouts, perfectly tailored to you, described, defined and with accompanying how-to videos.

Step 1: Intake

Andrea will get information from you to customize your program to your specific needs and concerns. We’ll do this through a Q&A and a deep dive on Zoom so we can see your posture and how you move. An easy, relaxed conversation will set your program in motion.

 

Step 2: Determine Frequency + Pace

You select one-to-six workouts each week focused on yoga, cardio, resistance training, and Mat Pilates. If you stick with the program, you will build momentum, increasing intensity and resistance. The program includes one live yoga class per week Saturday at 9 AM EST. (video replay available)

 
 

STEP 3: CHECK-INS

At the end of each week, you’ll complete a check-in to let Andrea know what’s working, ask questions, and give her the information she needs to plan your next workouts. You are responsible for keeping your weekly check-in. Andrea wants to know how you are doing!

 
 
 

Step 4: TRACK Progress

Log in to our app to access your workouts and videos and track progress.

Use Mighty Fit metrics to measure your results.

Option to send us videos of you doing exercises/poses to check your form.

The weekly check-in is key to keep accountable and in communication Coach to Client.
