Passcode: yogaflowI welcome all levels to Yoga Flow. Drawing from my experience as a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist RYT 500, I draw our attention to specific muscles, joints, and chakras to allow for deeper exploration. I offer modifications to make a pose easier or more challenging encouraging you to be guided by your body. The day’s flow will explore sun salutations, balance, backbend, twists, standing, and seated poses to allow for easeful range of motion with selective effort to build strength. The practice will nurture strength, stamina, balance, and a sense of wellbeing.
Tai Chi - 24 Forms
We will explore Tai Chi moves for strength, balance and flexibility. Andrea will introduce a number of forms to build your knowledge and repertoire. Class can be done standing and in a chair.
