Do you need the motivation of other people just like you in real time to hold you accountable? Then our group classes are for you! We offer classes online for those far away or unable to leave their homes.

Yoga Flow Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 AM EST.

Mat Pilates Tuesday and Thursdays at 8:00 AM EST

  • We will flow through sun salutations, standing, seated, balance, backbend, and twisted poses, moving on our breath. Andrea will offer modifications to make a pose easier or more challenging. The practice will nurture strength, stamina, balance, and a sense of well-being. For beginner and experienced yogis.

  • We'll learn the core mat exercises, developing our 360-degree core muscles as we mindfully repeat. Andrea will blend yoga poses and other core essentials to keep things interesting. For beginner and experienced students.
