We will flow through sun salutations, standing, seated, balance, backbend, and twisted poses, moving on our breath. Andrea will offer modifications to make a pose easier or more challenging. The practice will nurture strength, stamina, balance, and a sense of well-being. For beginner and experienced yogis.
